When you purchase Mistline, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on any number of computers that you personally own and operate. This license is for individual use only.

Mistline is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you.
In no event shall Trevor Hall or Mistline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Mistline after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-app notification.
