Click the Apple menu in the top-left of your screen, then choose About This Mac. Look for the Chip line.
If it says something like Apple M1, M2, M3, or M4, pick Apple Silicon. If it says Intel Core i5 or similar, pick Intel.
Most Macs made since late 2020 are Apple Silicon.
